I have no idea how long this has been going on. Just noticed it a few days ago. Let me start off with the issue then what I’ve tried to fix it. 

Issue:

“n” key on huntsman v2 analog will not work UNLESS synapse 3.0 is open…lol


Solutions I’ve attempted: 
-Update firmware from razer website

-Uninstall and reinstall Synapse 3.0 

-Install the “new” beta synapse (keyboard not supported “yet”). Key didn’t work with new synapse

-Update Bios cause why not 
-Try different USB port on back of motherboard // usb-c and normal // not on an extender

-restart pc, duh

-try different keyboard (synapse is closed) “n” key works!

 

If anyone has anysolution to this, please lmk. Just a small thing, but a very annoying small thing lol.

I’m here to help. Have you tried testing your Razer Huntsman V2 Analog with another computer that doesn’t have Synapse installed? Were there any changes made to your system or device before the issue? To further isolate the problem, please perform the troubleshooting here.
