hi there my razer huntsman (v2 optical red switches ) having a problem that some of the keys all of a sudden are not working
the keys are 3 e d s x left shift ,…..
so i wanted to update firmware maybe it will fix them but i couldnt find the firmware update file anywhere.
also i couldn’t find live support chat so i can tell my problem to them. can someone please help me. i love this keyboard and i don’t want to leave it like this.

+1If you still have valid warranty - RMA it.
If not, then pop off working switch and put it in place where it doesn’t work properly (for eg “e” key), to test if it’s just a switch issue or maybe sensor issue.
the keys that are not working are all in below each other
for example they are f2 , 3 , e ,s, d,x,alt ,….

i still need the firmware please…
or some help to tell me what should i do to fix those keys… do i have to change an IC or something on board?
+1I don’t think, that firmware will fix it. Probably it’s some HW issue, that’s why it’s better to submit a ticked with Razer Support.

the firmware update for the Huntsman only offers updates for the analog version so what i did is take off the buttons and clean it with alcohol then using it next day and its working again :)
