Hello,
I recently boughed a Razer Huntsman V2 optical keyboard and I am having a hard time fixing the following issue:
When I am using the multi function digital dial to volume up or down, instead increasing or decreasing the volume just mutes the volume. I’ve checked in the synapse app and it is configured to do that if you press it not while rotating the dial. I’ve searched for a solution but without success.
Do you have any ideas how to fix this issue?
I am using windows 10 pro 64 bit, if this has anything to do with the keyboard.
