Razer huntsman V3 HE 65% Cannot Press Any Key And Start Holding The Key Randomly

Hi everyone & Razer Support

While playing games, the keyboard randomly freezes, stops responding, and gets stuck holding down random keys that I previously pressed.

I cannot press any other key or exit the game. The only temporary fix is unplugging and replugging the USB cable.

Currently on v2.02.

I tried updating via the firmware installer, but it prevents any re-installation because it detects v2.02 as the latest version. downgrading is also not allowed.

I have seen a few other posts describing the exact same issue after updating to v2.02, so it seems to be firmware-related.

Is a new firmware patch currently in development to fix this issue? If so, is there an estimated release timeline?

 Is there any official method or tool to rollback to a previous stable firmware version while we wait for

1. Does the issue occur while Razer Synapse is running, or does it also happen when Synapse is completely closed and disabled?

2. Have you tested the keyboard on another PC, and if so, does the same issue persist there?

3. When the keyboard becomes unresponsive, do all keys stop working, or are some functions (such as media controls or shortcuts) still operational?
