Razer Huntsman V3 HE 65% not registering keys pressed

Hello,

I believe that after the latest firmware update, my keyboard is presenting the following issue:

It is working normal, and suddenly doesn’t register any keystroke. The RGB lightning it’s still cycling, indicating the keyboard has power. Yet, any key you press doesn’t do anything. It’s after I unplug it and plug it again that it goes back normal.

This cycle repeats every 1-2 hours or so. It’s very annoying.

 

What I’ve tried (with no luck):

  1. Uninstalling synapse app and stick to the web version.
  2. Disable the Power Management thing on device manager for each device.
  3. Make sure it’s on USB 3

Can you reset your keyboard via Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing.
