I bought this keyboard as soon as it came out and immediately updated it to the latest firmware. After getting it, I calibrated everything, and just to be sure, I even pressed down firmly on all the keys.
Despite this, I'm still experiencing missing inputs, certain keys getting stuck, and ghost inputs from the ESC and F5 keys even when I don't touch them.
I know you guys are aware of this issue, but I'm really curious why everyone seems to be having this exact problem with ESC and F5 specifically, rather than keys like F7 or F9.
The issue actually seems to get a bit better if I completely close Synapse 4. When is this going to be fixed? Can this even be fixed with a firmware update?
