I am experiencing what appears to be the same issue reported by other Huntsman V3 HE users after the latest firmware update.
Device: Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz
Serial: SI2623G [removed by moderator] 00
Issue: keyboard intermittently stops sending input. RGB lighting
continues working normally. Occurs in any application.
Troubleshooting already performed (issue persists in all cases):
- Firmware confirmed at latest version: the RZ03-0592x standalone
updater reports "You already have the latest firmware and no
update required". Fault occurs on current firmware.
- Device remains fully enumerated in Windows during failure
(all 23 device nodes report status OK, no error codes).
- No USB/HID events logged in Windows System log during failure.
- Reproduced with ALL Razer software uninstalled (Synapse 4 and
Chroma removed, zero Razer processes or services running).
- Not recovered by cold reboot (Fast Startup disabled).
- Not recovered by "pnputil /restart-device".
- Only recovered by physically unplugging and reconnecting the
cable (power cycle of the device).
- USB selective suspend and per-device power management disabled;
no effect.
- Tested at both 8000 Hz and 1000 Hz polling; fails at both.
- Direct motherboard USB 3.0 port, no hub.
- Other keyboards on the same PC are unaffected.
- Keyboard running factory/onboard profile.
Happy to send any logs that may help to solve this issue
