Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHz key input not working

  1. 我購買了一款 Razer Huntsman V3 HE 磁吸式 8KHz 無數字鍵盤，並已完成設定。雖然鍵盤是透過 USB 有線連接，但使用過程中偶爾會出現無響應的情況。這個問題是在我更新鍵盤韌體後出現的。出現這種情況時，RGB 燈光仍然亮著，但所有按鍵都無法運作。如果我拔下 USB 線再重新連接，鍵盤就能恢復正常運作。然而，同樣的問題會反覆出現。請問您能否幫我找出問題的原因，並提供一些可能的解決方案或故障排除步驟？另外，請問這是否與最近的韌體更新、硬體缺陷或軟體問題有關？
