Razer Huntsman V3 HE Mini 65% 8KHz Not Registering Keystrokes

I recently purchased a Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Mini 65% 8KHz, but I am having an issue with the keyboard.

The RGB/LED lights turn on normally, indicating that the keyboard is receiving power. However, when I press any of the keys, the keystrokes are not being registered by my computer.

The keyboard appears to be powered on, but none of the keys respond.
