Having issues with my razer huntsman v3 pro
- firmware is up to date (1.3.0.0)
- uninstalled and re installed device and drivers
- disabled razer
- used razer app to close all razer instances
- preformed factory reset
- Windows is up to date
- changed usb
- fully power cycled pc (unplugged and held power until lights stopped)
The keyboard lights up, but currently only the media keys work.
none of the other keyboard keys respond. None will even wake the pc. No function or control keys work.
pc was working fine when I was last on a few hours ago, pc was not powered off in that period before testing.
