Razer Huntsman v3 magnetic HE TKLess not working

I recently bought this keyboard from best buy, and after using it for a few days it was fine. As of recently though, after anywhere from an hour to about 10 minutes of playing/usage, the keyboard will randomly stop accepting inputs and it’ll only work once I unplug and replug the keyboard. The RGB remains on while the keyboard doesn’t accept inputs. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling razer synapse, cortex, etc; along with switching polling rates to 1k and even the hall effect amount. I tried using it without any razer software, and I even returned it and got a new one of the exact same model and it still has the bug. I read that other users have this issue as well and that it’s probably from the latest firmware update, but I haven’t found anything about a fix. The razer synapse software wont let me install an older version either, since I have the new one. Will there be a fix soon?
