Razer Huntsman V3 pro Keys unresponsive, only media keys, volume dials and RGB working

I got my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro; I've been using it for 2 days, and it worked fine without any issues. But recently I was playing Forza Horizon 6, and suddenly all of the keys went dark, and the keyboard only flashed white lights from F9 to F10, the Insert, Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, END, Delete, and FN keys; and the onboard LED panel also lit up, but when I tried pressing any key, it didn’t work. I don’t know what I pressed, but then all the RGB came back on, and then all the keys went unresponsive. The media keys, volume dial and RGB are working only. 

Now the onboard panel is only showing me “1” and “P” lit up. Even the FN key is not working anymore
I checked through Synapse 4 and tried to change the profile there. Nothing worked. I tried resetting profiles from the “?” icon in the upper right corner of the Synapse 4 window, but it also didn’t work. 

I have tried the “ESC + CAPSLOCK + SPACE BAR” combination while plugging the keyboard back in, but it didn’t work. There is no ripple effect when I try to press any key, meaning it's not in DEMO mode.  

I tried removing all drivers using the Razer driver clean-up tool and uninstalled the device from Device Manager and then also uninstalled the Synapse 4 software. Then reinstalled the device and drivers and tried to use it without Synapse, but the keys were still unresponsive. Tried installing Synapse 4 again, and it still didn’t work. 

I changed the USB ports many times. 
I also changed PC and tried everything abovementioned there too but no luck

Tried updating the firmware from the Razer website, but when I ran the update, it said mine is on the latest firmware, "1.03.00".

At this point I have done everything I can. I just got it 2 days ago, and it's already broken. Kindly help me with this issue.

Thanks for sharing such a detailed description of what’s happening with your Razer Huntsman V3 Pro. I know it’s frustrating to run into this kind of issue after just a couple of days of use. To look into warranty options, please send me a PM with the keyboard’s serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase.

In the meantime, could you also try the following and let me know the results?

  1. Connect the keyboard directly to your PC (avoid using any USB hubs or adapters).
  2. Make sure you have a latest Windows update.
  3. Close all Razer applications and any other keyboard configuration software to see if a background app is causing the issue.Razer Synapse on the system tray
     
  4. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  5. Test the keyboard on a different PC (if you haven’t already) and confirm if the same issue occurs there.
