razer huntsman v3 pro mini all keys stop working after Razer Synapse launches

I’m pulling my hair out trying to find a solution. When I end task on Razer Synapse it works fine I just wanna be able to use snap tap and rapid trigger since I did pay $150 dollars for it. I’m unsure if a new huntsman would even fix the problem and if this isn’t fixed I’ll probably just end up going to wooting and replace my mouse when it breaks with a Logitech. Really disappointed in razer since its software is so crappy when it’s such a large company. Really frustrated and spent my entire day trying different solutions to no avail.

I understand your frustration. Have you already performed a clean uninstall and reinstall of Synapse by following the steps from this link? Did you update the firmware by downloading from this link? Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing?
