razer huntsman v3 pro mini was disconnecting and not reconnecting randomly until restart of pc

when i opened razer synapse it proceeded to disconnect and reconnect repeatedly when closing synapse the keyboard has become unresponsive with the rgb on 

i have tried performing a hard reset the keyboard then does waves of rainbow rgb still unresponsive and occasionally disconnects i have tried ports in the front and back of pc directly and different usb c wires nothing changes

  • Get the latest Windows update.

  • Update the firmware of your keyboard if it is on the list.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

    Razer Synapse on the system tray

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
