The main keys do not work, for some reason, the volume thing and gamebar buttons do.
it is also not adding a keyboard device other than “HID keyboard device”, despite this , gets detected on Synapse
I have:
Removed the device on Synapse
Changed profiles on synapse
Uninstalled razer softwares
Used the firmware updater for the keyboard
Uninstalled related devices in the device manager
Used the razer driver cleanup
Restarted the computer
Tried on a 2 computers
Used a different USB-C cable
Used different USB ports
Tried the factory reset ctrl+esc and space+caps+esc
Reinstalled synapse and other apps
Many more unique actions and several combinations and sequences of the actions above
this has happened to me before , but started happening again after installation of Razer Synapse 4, i am unsure of what even fixed it previously
