Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless disconnecting and reconnecting while gaming

I recently started having this issue with my keyboard where it will disconnect, then quickly reconnect and all the lights will flash for a second. During that time, the keyboard is unresponsive and it’s gotten me killed a few times in my games. I’m looking for a possible solution to this issue. Thanks.

I understand that you're having a disconnection issues with your Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless. Please try the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:
 

  • Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  • Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.

  • Get the latest Windows update.

  • Update the firmware of your keyboard if it is on the list.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

    Razer Synapse on the system tray

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Check if the issue persists with a different PC.

 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
