Hello Razer Support,
I’m contacting you here because the regular Keyboard Support form does not accept my serial number.
My device is a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless .
The keyboard powers on and shows RGB lighting, and the volume wheel + media buttons work normally.
However, none of the standard keys (letters/numbers) respond at all.
I have already:
- Installed the latest firmware (v1.04.00)
- Reinstalled Synapse 4
- Tried full reset (Esc + Caps + Space)
- Tested on multiple USB ports and PCs
Nothing helped, and the issue persists. It seems the keyboard is stuck in analog input or bootloader mode.
Could you please help me by sending the **Bootloader Recovery Tool** or a manual firmware reflash utility to restore the keyboard?
