RAZER HUNTSMAN V3 PRO TKL KEYS A AND D IS NOT RESPONDING OR RESPONSIVE WHEN PLAYING WARZONE 3 WHILE USING SYNAPSE 4

Hi!

 

when playing warzone 3, i notice that my razer huntsman v3 pro tkl A and D keys are not responding. i cant move to the left using A and cant move to the right using D. i checked all the setting in game and all was okay or set accordingly, the keyboard’s firmware is up to date and the same with synapse 4.

Hi atilanoarj,

Was your keyboard working fine before? When did the problem start occurring? Were there any changes made to your system or device? To isolate the issue, please try to do a hard reset or exit "Demo Mode" on your device. Follow the steps below:

  1. Unplug the keyboard.
  2. Press and hold "Escape" and "Caps Lock", and the space bar.
  3. Plug the keyboard into a USB port.
  4. Release all keys.
