I made some changes to the profiles on both synapse 3 and 4 for Huntsman v3 pro tkl, but every time I restart the PC, all the information is lost. It seems that the keyboard does not retain anything in the onboard memory. Something is not working and it is already getting frustrating. I have been trying to find the problem for a day and I have no explanation. Sometimes I can't even change the profiles using the fn + pgup/del/end/pgdn key. I really don't know what else to do. I reset the keyboard, reinstalled razer synapse, deleting absolutely everything from the disk and the artifacts. I am seriously thinking of returning it. For this money, it seems like a joke.
I've found people who have been complaining about this for a year now and still haven't found a solution. Razer, please take action.
