razer huntsman v3 some keys are not working

I have a Razer Black widow v3 Tenkeyless and some of my keys like: „B“,“4“, „ENTER“, and „Space bar“ are not working…Therefore I checked if I have any macro but there was nothing and I tried factory reseting it trough razer app and still nothing happened…the same keys are still not working.  Sadly I can’t regularly factory reset(ESC+CAPS LOCK+Spacer bar) the Razer Keyboard as my space bar is not working. what to do????? please help

I understnad that your Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless keys are not repsonding as expected. Can you check if the issue you're experiencing with your keyboard is happening while the Razer Synapse is disabled? Please try to perform the troubleshooting steps from this article. If the problem persists, send me a PM with your keyboard’s serial number and proof of purchase for warranty verification. Thank you!
