razer huntsman v3 tkl w not working

I recently purchased the razer huntsman v3 pro tkl (6 days ago) and I don't game hard or anything similar but my w key and shift key stopped working 2 days ago and I don't think spending $220 on a keyboard for it to not be functional is crazy! I currently have no  other keyboard so I'm stuck Woth the question "why".
