razer huntsman v3 unresponsive mid game

Since the recent firmware update my keyboard will randomly stop working lights are on but no keys work . Unplugging and plugging back in brings it back for a few min then same thing . What is the fix ? I'm about to return this and just go with a different brand .

Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
