Razer Hyperflux not showing/detecting in Razer Synapse 3

Hi, I just bought the Razer Hyperflux Mamba and Firefly. However, My device is not showing up in Synapse 3 Beta. Please help. Let me know what more information is required. Thanks in advance

Do you have Razer Synapse 2 installed on your computer? Did you try switching it to different USB ports on your computer?

i uninstalled synapse 2 and reinstalled Synapse 3. switched the different port. still does not show up The firmware is also up to date
