Razer HyperFlux V2 Help Needed

My HyperFlux v2 connects to my Naga v3 Pro but it does not charge it and the LED battery indicator light at the top of the mouse pad does not turn on. The HyperFlux v2 puck is installed on the mouse

Current Hyperflux v2 Firmware is 1.0.16.0, i cant update the firmware, there is no Naga v3 pro to select when trying to do so, only the Naga v2 and 3 other mouses are selectable if the firmware is the issue. 

Current Naga v3 Pro Firmware is 1.1.0.0

I just got the mouse and the mouse mat a week ago.

any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Thanks for sharing your experience. Hi,

I have exactly the same problem and installation , Naga v3 pro and Hyperflux v2 received this week 😢

Is the mouse mat really compatible with the mouse on the charge ?

v2 puck seems to not have enough contacts to charge with the mouse...

 

Do you have a solution ?

I am also having this exact same issue. My Naga v3 pro will not charge in my Hyperflux v2. Initially it did but the third day of using it it now flashes red and green on the hyperflux while the naga v3 also flashes 0% then 100% but will not work beyond a half second between the flashing. The mouse obviously works fine with the usb connected but not wirelessly or through BT. I tried my wife’s naga v3 and it works flawlessly on my hyperflux, so there is an issue with my Naga v3. As mentioned in multiple forums there is not official support for the naga v3 and hyperflux v2 yet. Hoping for a fix before WoW Forever…
