Hello all,
I have a Viper V2 Pro and it is connected with the normal dongle that comes with it and it works fine.
After a long wait, today I received the Hyperpolling wireless dongle (purchased from Razer's online store).
I unplugged the old dongle and plugged in the new Hyperpolling Wireless Dongle. Unfortunately, I can then no longer move my mouse and also in Synapse (latest version) the new dongle is not detected. I have also reinstalled Synapse and tried a different USB A to USB C cable, but nothing changes.
Is it possible that the dongle already arrived broken to me or do you have any ideas what I could try ?!
Would appreciate any help.

I am having the same problem. Windows recognizes the dongle but Synapse doesn't and the little green light doesn't go on.
I fixed the problem by reinstalling Synapse 3. Don't know why that matters.
i fixed it by turning the mouse off and remove the usb stick and dongle from my pc and only plugged in the hyperpolling dongle and then turned on the mouse while pairing it with the dongle
