The Razer hyperpolling wireless dongle won't connect to my Razer BlackWidow V4 TKL Low Profile keyboard. Both the dongle and keyboard have the latest firmware, but no matter what I do, and I'm following the Synapse installation instructions exactly, the dongle can't find my keyboard. Has anyone else experienced this problem and have any tips on how to get it to connect?

Hey @KingTad87,

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you go over the suggested steps below and see if the issue contnues? Please also send me a PM with the serial numbers so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.

1. Set the compatible device to 2.4 GHz mode.
2. Ensure it is not connected via USB.
3. Remove the device dongle if it is connected to the system.
4. Keep the device in close proximity.
5. Press and hold any key on the device until it is found.
