Yesterday my Razer devices updated and my Basilisk Hyperspeed X is not working properly now. I cannot click and drag correctly. When I try to click and drag to scroll, it doesn’t follow the mouse and only scrolls a tiny bit. I tried using a regular mouse and it works just fine, but my Razer mouse isn’t working properly on any device I plug it into. The update occurred after booting up from a shut down and I tried restarting my laptop again to fix it but it didn’t work. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Please PM me the serial number of your mouse and the Synapse version so I can investigate and validate the model of your device. Thank you!

I also have the same issue for the last few weeks.

Is there a solution or do I buy a new mouse?  I know I won’t be buying a Razer mouse if I have to replace it. This is the first mouse that has ever broken on my in 30 years of computing.

Good morning community, from one day to the next my razer basilik x hyperspeed (3 months of use) the right click stopped working. The rest of the functions work. I have updated everything, reinstalled and nothing. It's my second Razer mouse. Can anyone help me?

Thank you

Alvaro

Yep, the same thing happened to me a few days ago, any possible ideas on how to fix this?

For some reason, my mouse randomly started working again! I don’t know why, but I’m not complaining

Hey! I’m facing the same issue. Some times left click starts clicking on its own and scroll doesn’t work. But if I switch it off for a while and use it works just fine for very few seconds or minutes. Can you help me with this?

I’m having this issue now with my razer basilisk x hyperspeed. Checked all drivers, replaced batteries, tried 2.4 and BT. No luck.

I’ve just found a work around on reddit. On synapse, go to the top right and click the cog icon. Click reset. Choose the mouse. Seems to work okay now. Not sure if I will need to reset it in the future. It will adjust all your customization, but I don’t fiddle too much with it anyway, so that was no great loss for me. Good luck!
