I have a razer hyperspeed and lost the usb dongle. I bought a new one from razer, downloaded the the app to pair, follow the procedure (press the 3 buttons etc.) every time the pairing fails...any advice?

Hi there,
Have you tried the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
