It seems that I’m not the only one with this problem. Went to remove my associated phone number with my razer id and I have to confirm through the phone number that I no longer have or use the codes that I’ve never saved from the account. Have been in an endless loop trying to contact support. Tried to submit a ticket. No Dice. Am currently contacting Razer Support on x.com and they’re asking if this is a Gold transaction. At this point I’m getting desperate to reach Support in any fashion before I reach out to the new owner of my old phone number. What are my options? No I don’t have a case # associated with this request for help. Thanks in advance for your time.
