Razer ID 2FA Removal Request – Unaccessible Old Phone Number

Hello Razer Support Team,

I need help removing the SMS Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) linked to my Razer ID.

I would like to change my old mobile number. Although I can log in using my email and password, I am locked out at the 2FA verification step because the code is being sent to an old phone number I no longer own and remember. 

 

I can provide further details to help expedite solving this problem.
