when trying to log in, razer ID writes this Please wait until we confirm your Razer account. I want to activate 7.1 I want to activate Razer Blackshark V2 X

That’s weird. Try to clean install the app and try again. If you’re still experiencing the same issue, PM me your Razer ID/Email so I can check it in our system. Thank you!

and one more question or problem, Razer Blackshark V2 X I have only 7.1 sound in my program, but there is no program to adjust the sound equalizer, A program that has THX SPATIAL AUDIO, but it costs $ 19, I bought headphones and also have to buy a program? what can you suggest for sound tuning Razer Blackshark V2 X, why does Razer not have its own program for sound tuning?
