Hello Razer Support,
My Razer ID (Phokin1zpX) was hacked around 23 July 2026. The hacker enabled 2-Step Authentication with an authenticator app that I did not set up, so I cannot change my security settings. I have no backup codes and no phone number on the account.
I still have access to the linked email and I am still logged in. The ticket page (gold.razer.com/ticket-inbox/submit) keeps loading and never opens, so I cannot submit a ticket.
Please PM me to verify my ownership and reset the 2FA. Please also check for any unauthorized Razer Gold transactions.
