I managed to verify an EDU discount account with email kim.lau02@xjtlu.edu.cn. Because I have also created this account earlier (kimhanglau@gmail.com), it thought to delete it. It believed that have I accidentally deleted my EDU discount account instead. It now says, “Your account has been locked temporarily. Please contact customer support” . I want to place an order now but I am stuck. Please help.
