Razer in India

I'm thinking of buying a Razerblade 15 Advanced model. The problem is I've heard too many people saying that buying a razer laptop is like a lucky draw and about half the time the laptop comes with a manufacturing flaw / defect and even if it doesn't it has some issue in a years time. Also being in India I've heard that Razer support isn't all that good here. Is this true? And if I do buy a laptop then what guarantee do I have that customer care would be good?
