That's weird. The Razer Kraken X should only work with 7.1 Surround Sound. Also, since the headset is an analog device (uses a 3.5mm jack), the Razer Synapse will not detect it. Ensure to download the app here and activate the code that is allocated in your Razer ID. I’ll be locking this thread now.
