I'm currently dealing with bad cracked base making my chair unable to be balanced and be off tilt always. The lock doesn't work due to that, sadly I am out of warranty. Is there any way I can buy it myself to replace from Razer before I have to go 3rd about this? Support won't let me send a ticket due to being out of warranty time....so here I am asking for help because I love this chair
