The height and tilt plate is broke is there a way i can order the part, it is out of warranty but will be happy to pay for the part

I understand that you want to purchase a replacement part for your Razer Iskur.  You can submit a ticket through this link.

Once there, navigate to "Lifestyle products" > "chairs" > enter your serial number, and then submit your request. Our Support Team will then be able to assist you with your chair spare part request.

Alternatively, you can send me a PM together with your device’s serial number, and I can help you initiate a support ticket.
