Hey Team,
I’d like to get a replacement for my Razer Iskur base as mine’s broken and unusable. Would that be possible?
I can’t find any option to submit a request for support and my chair is out of warranty as I purchased it a long time ago, but it just broke recently and I can’t get it repaired.
Any help is much appreciated!

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I create your case? Please also send photos of the broken base and your receipt/invoice so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
