Hi there,
it seems my Iskur doesn't lock into position normally. I have to lean back in the chair, lock, which keeps it in sturdy/good enough position to sit on. (Not recommended)
If the lock isn't on, the chair leans forward.
Update: it turns out the based plate has snapped where the soldering is holding it together, causing the chair to rock and not hold into position?
Is it possible to get a replacement base plate
