I need to order a replacement part for the seat tilt mechanism in my razer iskur.It’s one of the first editions i think. I’ve been looking around other posts and it seems to be a common issue. Should be part H in the manual.

Let me help you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of the broken part and receipt/invoice so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
