Razer Iskur Chair Slowly Lowering When Sat In....

I just recently purchased a Iskur gaming chair and it worked perfectly for a month and now it is starting to lower slowly when I sit in it, even with the lowering lever untouched and undepressed. Anyone have this issue before? Is there anything I can check or fix that is something easy I might be overlooking? Thanks.
