I recently received a Razer Iskur chair and the metal platform that the seat is attached to (part H) cracked and now the chair tilts forward or right even when no one is sitting on it (photo attached) Otherwise the chair works great
Is this a warranty case? Is there any way to buy just the broken part?
I will be glad to receive any feedback
