The right arm on my Razer Iskur Fabric XL has broken off. Both arm rests had cracked and been unstable almost since I got the chair but I just let it slide, but now the right arm has broken off and I can’t seem to reattach it at all properly, is there any way to get arm replacements?
I won the chair from a Razer giveaway itself so this is quite heartbreaking that the arm has broken off entirely

Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send photos of the broken arm rests and the Razer Giveaway email when you won the chair so I can include them in your case? You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
