Razer Iskur Gaming chair parts

The seat plate/gas lift assembly for my Razer Iskur has broken at one of the weld locations. My chair is out of warranty but I would like to buy a replacement part so I can continue using the chair. Does anyone know where I could find the replacement parts?

Thank you for positing your issue as I just had the same situation happen two days ago. I placed a ticket with video and images - hope this works out. Bought the chair in August of 2021 (Razer Store on Amazon) for just $542.66 and can’t use the chair now.
