I have had an issue with my Razer Iskur XL gaming chair since I bought it and thought It was normal (i already contacted the store regarding the chair, and they couldnt help me):
The chair cannot stay in raised position for more than 5 mins. I’ve tried pretty much everything
so I read somewhere that I could get a replacement gas cylinder, so I’m wondering if there is a place I can purchase a replacement?

Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
