I got a Razer Iskur chair leaning forward. I believe the chair is out of warranty for the chair itself, however the chair parts I think may be under warranty, it looks like the metal black thing that holds it together isnt holding the chair in place allowing it to flop around?

Thanks for raising your concern here. Is there any incident that happened to your Razer Iskur before the issue? Please PM me your chair serial number and proof of purchase so I can look into spare parts replacement options. Have a good one!
