Razer Iskur Lumbar Handle Stuck

Hi, I just received the Iskur chair, assembled it by the instructions, and the lumbar support handler is stuck. I've watched the adjustment video you published but have not had luck with it. Also, in the video, it says to turn the plastic clockwise but as soon as it turns, the cable wires start to expand. Waiting for your reply.
