Hello, I have an issue with a Razer Iskur bought on 28 May 2021. At first, the chair moved a bit left and right and I thought, maybe it's just the piston trying to fit in and it will stay still after a while. But since October I am working from home, and I sit in the chair 8hr or so. My chair is either pushing me front or left since the piston is not big enough to fit in that hole on the bottom of the support. I have already a case opened but I am going back and forth and they are not answering since the 4th of October. I own more than 8 razer items and it feels immensely disappointing to receive this kind of treatment.
