Razer Iskur replacement parts

Hi, my son has a Razer Iskur gaming chair purchased on the 16th of February 2023 which sadly requires repair.

Firstly, the seat pad material has cracked quite badly which is a cosmetic issue, but more critical is that the tilt mechanism base has snapped and requires replacing which renders the chair unusable. I also am unable to separate the tilt mechanism and the gas lift cylinder at this time so any advice you can offer on this would also be gratefully received.

Unfortunately the seat pad has already been replaced twice for the same material cracking issues and since the replacements have no serial numbers I cannot log a support ticket.

Could you please advise if replacements for these parts are available, and what might be possible?
