I believe my chair is now having problems as it’s off centered and whenever I sit in it it just never can be leveled it just flips around. Upon looking it looked to be a cylinder issue and I am out of warranty so I was trying to figure out my next course of action. Attaching pictures

Let me help you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team so they can assist you with the part? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
